Tobias has a degree in computer sience and works for more than 10 years in professional web projects on basis of PHP. As an open source enthusiast, he contributes to various community projects. Tobias is a co-founder of Qafoo GmbH, which provides services all around high-quality PHP development. This includes (for example) consulting and training for quality assurance and better programming, as well as technical support for several PHP QA tools.
